Returns & Exchanges

Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 45 days. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from our BÉIS website. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free exchanges and simple returns, so you can shop confidently. Returns are also available with a $10 handling fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges are currently limited to the same product in a different color, based on availability. For other items, please return your original order and place a new one.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Once received, allow 1–3 business days for verification. After confirming the item meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed.

For a smooth and safe return, package your items carefully to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back.

If the wrong item is sent to us by mistake, please address it quickly. We do not store items sent in error and cannot guarantee recovery, nor provide compensation for items mistakenly sent.
